The result is not just a garment; it’s a piece of living history. Remember, sustainable fashion isn’t just about what we wear—it’s about the stories we carry and the impact we make.   Find Your Perfect Fit Our Mayan tops are handcrafted using traditional weaving techniques, resulting in a beautiful, relaxed silhouette. Because these pieces do not follow standard factory sizing, we provide two ways to ensure you find the perfect fit. 1. Measure Your Body Compare your total body circumference to the chart below to find your equivalent US Size. US Size (Number) Fits Bust (Total Circumference) Best For Letter Size 0 – 2 32" – 33" Extra Small (XS) 4 – 6 34" – 35" Small (S) 8 – 10 36" – 37" Medium (M) 12 – 14 38" – 40" Large (L) 16 – 18 41" – 43" Extra Large (XL) 18 – 20 44" – 46" 2XL / 1X 2. The "Flat Lay" Method (Recommended) The easiest way to know how a top will drape is to measure a shirt you already love. Lay your favorite non-stretch top flat on a table. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (this is the Flat Width). Compare that number to the "Flat Width" listed in our product details. Note on Handmade Items: Since each piece is individually handwoven, please allow for a slight variation of 0.5" to 1" in measurements. This uniqueness is part of the charm of artisanal textiles! Why "Flat Width" Matters If our Mayan top has a Flat Width of 22", it has a Total Circumference of 44". If your bust is 36", this top will have a beautiful, oversized look with plenty of room. If your bust is 42", this top will provide a more tailored, standard fit.
