rooh 4'3" x 3'

Size: 4.3 x 3 Ft Origin: Shiraz, Persia Circa: 1950s Material: Pure Wool This lovely vintage Persian Shiraz fragment rug beautifully captures the spirit of tribal Persian weaving with its expressive artistry, warm, earthy palette, and well-aged character. Handwoven in the Shiraz weaving tradition, the rug features an enchanting array of geometric floral motifs, symbolic tribal elements, and delicate animal-inspired forms arranged within a richly decorative field. Soft coral, sand, muted ivory, olive, and deep walnut tones blend harmoniously throughout the composition, giving the piece a naturally timeworn elegance and inviting warmth. The stepped architectural design and detailed border patterns add depth and structure, while the fragment format enhances its unique, collected and artistic appeal. Its authentic vintage patina and visible handmade character make this piece especially suited for layered interiors, intimate spaces, entryways, or as a decorative accent displayed as textile art. Rich in heritage and individuality, this Shiraz fragment carries the soulful beauty and craftsmanship that define antique Persian tribal rugs. A charming and distinctive vintage piece for collectors and lovers of authentic handmade Persian rugs. Authentic vintage and antique Persian rugs are hand-knotted with wool.
