Vibrating Travel Alarm Clock

The VA-3 wakes you three ways — vibration, a bright flash, and a loud alarm — and you choose which. Use one, two, or all three together. It is small enough for a bag or a bedside table, and the included lanyard with a clip means it can travel clipped to a bag rather than rolling loose in one. There is more in it than an alarm clock. A timer for naps and cooking, a thermometer in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and an LED flashlight. The display is backlit and switches between 12 and 24 hour. It runs on the three AA batteries in the box — 8 to 10 months of typical use — so there is nothing to plug in and nothing to lose in a power cut.
