Its assemblage (45% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay) is identical to that of Veuve Clicquot Rich. Veuve Clicquot Rich is the first champagne inspired by mixology and is best enjoyed over ice with fresh ingredients, including lime and ginger.
