Vespid II 85mm T1.9

The 85mm Vespid Prime II offers a short telephoto perspective that is especially well suited for portraits, close-ups, and isolating subjects from their environment. Its focal length provides natural compression and flattering rendering of facial features, making it a staple choice for character-driven scenes. The fast T1.9 aperture enhances subject separation and maintains consistent performance in low light, while support for Cooke /i Technology allows precise capture of lens metadata within compatible camera systems. All lenses in the Vespid Prime II line share a unified design with durable full metal construction, standardized 0.8 MOD cine gears for focus and iris, and a compact size that balances well on handheld rigs, gimbals, and systems like the DJI Ronin 4D. A 16 blade iris produces smooth, natural bokeh, while consistent dimensions and weight across the range simplify lens changes on set. The series delivers full frame coverage, PL mount compatibility, and a T1.9 aperture across all focal lengths, offering versatility for a wide range of professional productions.
