Vertical Nest (canvas wrap)

Vertical Nest - I was walking along a river near my house, when I noticed a nest downed from a tree.  It was unusual because it was so long- it kind of looked like a sock.  After doing a little research , I found out it is a bullocks oriole nest.  This nest was mainly made out of milkweed.  So not only is milkweed extremely important for monarch butterflies, its also used for nesting material *Michele  Vertical Nest is a one of a kind hand embellished reproduction using our raised  “Molten Metals” process. This added dimension makes it look like the original but at a fraction of the cost. Printed on a ready to hang 1.5" deep canvas, the edges are gallery wrapped in black so there's no need to frame! Due to the handcrafted nature of this artwork, each piece may have subtle differences. Size: 12”W x 36”H Shipping:   This piece is custom, please allow up to 3 weeks to ship. *Contact us for a local pickup discount in Englewood, CO.
