We infused this base with a blend of our favorite botanicals—two kinds of figs (Mission and Golden), wormwood, cocoa nibs, vanilla bean, cinnamon, and wild cherry bark—all sweetened with 100% Washington wildflower honey. Unmistakable Character: This vermouth spent over five months macerating slowly in stainless steel, allowing the flavors to meld to perfection.
