Verano House Plan

It is easy to be blinded by the grandeur of this plan. However, this beautifully designed luxury house plan hides a very practical home. The Verano house plan is packed with features that make living in this modern Mediterranean home a pleasure. Designed to take advantage of sprawling views in Texas, this house plan would be at home anywhere. With two, 2-car garages, connected by a motor court and accessed by driving under a porte cochere, you have ample room for your cars and extra storage. With a guest suite and its private bath on the first floor, this design is perfect for a multi-generational home. A home this size would be incomplete if it didn’t have a dedicated media room. With its location right around the corner from the kitchen, it is perfectly placed. Speaking of perfect, this kitchen is amazing, that is if you like lots of room, a huge center island and a generous walk-in pantry. Don’t worry, the wet bar isn’t too far from the media room, or the expansive leisure room for that matter. When entertaining, you will be glad that you have a large wine cellar located under the stairs. When the party spills out onto the loggia you can keep everyone satisfied thanks to your outdoor kitchen, which features a built-in grill. Everyone will be thankful there is a powder bath out there as well. Finding a quiet place for you to relax is easy, just head over to the master suite located on the main floor. There is nothing like spending a lazy Sunday in the sitting area located off the master bedroom. Any relationship will be enhanced with these generous his-and-hers walk-in closets, water closets, and vanities. And whether you like to soak in a big tub, or take a long shower, the master bath has you covered. The mix of elegance and utility doesn’t stop on the first floor. The guest suites on the second floor each enjoy generous walk-in closets and private baths. They even have their own balconies. The wet bar in the loft can also be used as a morning kitchen. And the attic storage is just another benefit that might be eclipsed by the beauty of this home. Everywhere you look in the Verano house plan you will be surprised at what you find. It takes an award-winning designer to balance all these features in one home. Luckily Dan Sater has been doing just that since the 1980’s. This home is the physical embodiment of a lifetime of experience.
