Ventus 48KW Ultra Bee Beast Motor Upgrade

The Ventus 48KW Ultra Bee Beast Motor is a high-performance IPM (Internal Permanent Magnet) upgraded motor developed specifically for the Sur Ron Ultra Bee. It delivers 48 kW of peak power and 68 N·m of maximum torque across a 48V to 100V operating range, with encoder-based sensing for precise motor control. Designed to pair with the Ventus VTB V9600 Controller. Fitment: Surron Ultra Bee NOTE: This VTB 48KW motor is only plug-and-play with VTB Aetos/9600 controllers. For use with any other controller repinning and rewiring of connectors is needed. Built around an IPM rotor with a stable rotor speed of 9,500 RPM and up to 95% efficiency, the motor delivers responsive power across the operating range. An 85 KV winding and 1,100A maximum phase current provide strong output headroom, while an integrated ABZ + PWM encoder gives compatible controllers accurate speed and position feedback. A 10k NTC thermistor allows real-time motor temperature monitoring and thermal protection when paired with a compatible controller. For durability in demanding riding conditions, the motor uses a 40CrMoTi alloy steel shaft, premium sealed bearings, high-magnetic stator laminations, VPI-insulated stator windings, and IP67 waterproof protection. Pairing it with the VTB V9600 Controller creates a fully integrated drivetrain with advanced tuning, precise throttle response, and optimized performance for riders building a high-output Ultra Bee.
