Venice Canal

Places and Passages Places and Passages is a collection of paintings inspired by the moments that stay with us long after a journey ends. More than recording a destination, these works explore memory, wonder, and the quiet ways a place can continue to shape us. Each painting is an invitation to pause, remember, and reconnect with the feeling of having been there. Venice Canal Venice Canal was originally painted as a 6 × 6 inch gouache study, inspired by my water taxi ride on the main canal after arriving at night.  This painting remembers the feelings after arrival of joy and awe of being back in this magical world of water, boats and beautiful old buildings.  Available Prints Studio Edition Print Printed locally on premium cardstock and signed by the artist.
