Velvet Shield SPF 50

Description: DAFNA'S 1.7oz l 50ml Velvet Shield SPF 50 is more than high sun protection — it’s a daily treatment that actively cares for your skin, especially during periods of strong sun exposure. Formulated with 100% natural mineral filters (zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, and iron oxide), it offers broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection without nanoparticles, making it safe and effective even for sensitive skin. At the core of its formula is a plant-based brightening complex at a serum-level concentration, featuring Punarnava (an Ayurvedic plant), and enriched with adaptogens like ginseng and licorice root. This blend helps reduce visible pigmentation, prevent new spots from forming, and protect collagen from environmental stress — supporting a more even, luminous complexion. Velvet Shield SPF 50 also targets one of the most overlooked causes of premature aging: blue light exposure. Thanks to peony root and trehalose biotechnology, it helps neutralize this daily aggressor while stimulating the skin’s natural collagen production. Leaving the skin nourished and NO white casting. Expert tip: For better absorption and no white cast, make sure you massage the skin well. KEY BIOACTIVES: Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide & Iron Oxide Broad-spectrum 100% mineral sun filters that protect against UVA/UVB rays, reinforce the skin barrier, and help prevent premature aging. Start with clean skin. Apply your usual daily serum. For combination or oily skin: you may apply Velvet Shield directly without a cream underneath. 2. Understand your sunscreen. Unlike chemical sunscreens, a physical sunscreen like Velvet Shield requires a more mindful application to get the best results.
