VelvaBlend (Cetearyl Alcohol & Ceteareth-20)

VelvaBlend is a premium nonionic emulsifying wax crafted to simplify and elevate oil-in-water formulations across a wide range of cosmetic applications. Composed of Cetearyl Alcohol and Ceteareth-20, VelvaBlend produces consistently smooth, stable emulsions with a self-bodying quality that formulators trust. Whether for foundational creams or sophisticated skincare systems, VelvaBlend provides an exceptional balance of stability, texture, and versatility. Key Benefits of VelvaBlend: Superior Emulsion Stability: VelvaBlend excels in stabilizing emulsions, remaining unaffected by acids, alkalis, or ionic surfactants. Its nonionic nature makes it ideal for complex formulations that require a robust, stable emulsifying base without interference. Flexible Formulation Range: Perfectly suited for pH-variable systems, VelvaBlend accommodates diverse actives and emollients, allowing formulators to expand their creativity without compromising stability or performance. Effortless Processing: VelvaBlend streamlines formulation processes. Simply add it to the oil phase, heat both phases to 70-75°C, and blend as the mixture cools for a reliably smooth, uniform emulsion. Should a grainy texture occur, reheating and cooling ensure a flawless finish. Customizable Usage Levels: With recommended usage from 5-20%, VelvaBlend adapts seamlessly to a range of textures and viscosities, enhancing everything from lightweight lotions to rich creams. Versatile Applications: VelvaBlend is ideal for creating a wide array of cosmetic products, from nourishing creams to high-performance lotions. As a primary emulsifier or as a stabilizing agent in advanced formulas, it enhances active penetration and ensures a smooth, luxurious feel in every application. Cost-Effective, High-Quality Performance: VelvaBlend combines quality with affordability, offering a versatile emulsification solution that minimizes the need for extra stabilizers. With VelvaBlend, formulators achieve the perfect balance of stability, functionality, and cost-efficiency, delivering effective, elegant formulations every time.
