It easily conforms to the contours of your face to set the powder for lasting wear. Suitable for all skin types. Laura Mercier's Technique: Step 1: Saturate the Velour Puff with Translucent Loose Setting Powder. Step 2: Remove excess powder by tapping the puff on top of your hand. Step 3: Gently press puff on the skin, using a rolling motion to "work" the powder into the skin to set makeup.
