Velotric Summit 2 Hybrid Electric Bike

Velotric Summit 2 Hybrid Electric Bike The Velotric Summit 2 Hybrid eBike is built for riders who want confident power, long-range capability, and versatile comfort across pavement, bike paths, gravel, and mixed-terrain routes. Designed as a hybrid electric bike with trail-ready features and road-friendly manners, the Summit 2 blends everyday practicality with higher-performance ebike technology. This makes it one of the best options for riders searching for a high-torque hybrid e-bike with suspension, long range, and mixed-terrain capability. At the heart of the Summit 2 is a 48V 750W inner-rotor motor that peaks at 1300W and delivers 100Nm of torque. That combination gives the bike strong climbing support, quick acceleration, and the power needed for heavier loads or tougher terrain. Velotric pairs that motor with SensorSwap™ torque and cadence sensing, allowing riders to choose between a more natural, responsive feel or a lighter-assist cruising style depending on riding conditions and personal preference. For longer rides, the Summit 2 uses a 48V 16.7Ah battery (801.6Wh) with claimed range of up to 95 miles with pedal assist or 70 miles with throttle. The battery is rated IPX7, while the frame is rated IPX6, giving the bike added confidence in wet weather, puddles, and splash-prone daily riding. The chassis is built around a triple-butted aluminum alloy frame and an RST air suspension fork with 120mm travel, lockout, and rebound adjustment. Combined with Kenda 27.5 x 2.4-inch puncture-resistant tires, the Summit 2 is equipped to handle rougher surfaces while maintaining comfort and control on everyday rides. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm front and rear rotors help deliver dependable stopping power. Velotric also equips the Summit 2 with rider-focused technology such as a 2.0-inch full-color display with Bluetooth and NFC, a USB-C charging port, Apple Find My & Google’s Find Hub support, and NFC card unlock. The bike comes standard with pre-installed full-coverage fenders and a heart rate monitor, adding value for both commuters and fitness-oriented riders. Who is the Velotric Summit 2 for? The Velotric Summit 2 is ideal for riders who want one electric bike for commuting, fitness riding, weekend exploration, and mixed-terrain versatility.
