Vegware™ CF7057 Compostable Portion Pots, 2-oz (2000ct)

Consider how many plastic portion cups are served in restaurants, bars, trade shows, fairs and grocery stores across our country everyday-the numbers are staggering. Used to serve, sample or dip small food portions or liquids, they're eventually disposed into landfill where studies show conventional food ware can take 100+ years to fully decompose into toxic micro-plastic that threatens our food and water supply. We can easily reduce the leakage of plastics into the environment! Vegware™ holds the deepest set of compostability certification in the sector and has you covered with their innovative, high-quality range of award-winning plant-based catering disposables to package and deliver your hot and cold food and drink. There is a new Eco-technology available for your food service packaging and catering disposables and it’s called Polyactic acid (PLA). PLA is a plastic substrate made from fermented plant starch (usually corn) and it is fast becoming a popular alternative to traditional petroleum based plastics. After use, these Vegware™ PLA portion cups can be given a new life as compost, since these cups are made of material certified to degrade within 12 weeks! These 2-ounce Portion Cups are made with renewable plant-based PLA and can be used to sample or serve hot and cold food and liquids. Ideal for takeaway dressings, ketchup, liquids, mustard, gravy, dips, candy, nuts, medicines, jelly or more. Awesome for use as ink cups, paint cups.
