Vegware™ VDW-K12 Compostable Double Wall Hot Cups, 12-oz (500ct)

Consider how many hot cups are served across our country everyday-the numbers are staggering. Used to protect, serve or transport hot beverages, they eventually are disposed into landfill where studies show it can take 100+ years to decompose. We can easily reduce the leakage of plastics into the environment! Vegware™ holds the deepest set of compostability certification in the sector and has you covered with their innovative, high-quality range of award-winning plant-based catering disposables to package and deliver your hot and cold food and drink. There is a new Eco-technology available for your food service packaging and catering disposables and it’s called Polyactic acid (PLA). PLA is a plastic substrate made from fermented plant starch (usually corn) and it is fast becoming a popular alternative to traditional petroleum based plastics. After use, these Vegware™ 89-Series 12-ounce double wall hot beverage cups can be given a new life as compost, since these cups are made with two layers of sustainably-sourced board material and lined with plant-based PLA certified to degrade in a composting facility within 12 weeks! These Double Walled Hot Cups are lined with renewable plant-based PLA and feature a Green Leaf band design so you can showcase your commitment to sustainability and promote your brand. They're perfect for tea, coffee, all hot drinks, smoothies or soup to go. Vegware™ is not niche but rather a premier and practical sustainable solution. They are the top choice by government offices, outdoor caterers, theme parks, takeout service, festivals, food trucks, zoos, health boards, grocery, corporate picnics, bars, wineries, food packaging, tourist attractions, education, food retailers, event organizers, artisan delis, independent coffee houses, organic foods, cannabis dispensaries, vegan restaurants and more!
