Vegware™ BEL-08 Compostable Bella Pots, 8-oz (1000ct)

Consider how many plastic and Styrofoam food containers are served in restaurants, bars, trade shows, fairs and grocery stores across our country everyday-the numbers are staggering. Used to serve food portions and liquids, they're eventually disposed into landfill where studies show conventional food ware can take 100+ years to fully decompose into toxic micro-plastic that threatens our food and water supply. We can easily reduce the leakage of plastics into the environment! Vegware™ holds the deepest set of compostability certification in the sector and has you covered with their innovative, high-quality range of award-winning plant-based catering disposables to package and deliver your hot and cold food and drink. There is a new Eco-technology available for your foodservice packaging and catering disposables and it’s called Polyactic acid (PLA). PLA is a plastic substrate made from fermented plant starch (usually corn) and it is fast becoming a popular alternative to traditional petroleum based plastics. After use, these Vegware™ PLA Bella Pots can be given a new life as compost, since these cups are made of material certified to degrade within 12 weeks! These 8-ounce eco pots are made with award-winning renewable plant-based PLA and can be used to sample or serve hot and cold food and liquids. Ideal for granola, oatmeal, cereal, salads, cold desserts or more. Features a Green Leaf band design so you can showcase your commitment to sustainability.
