Utilizing high-quality LED lighting components, such as OSRAM LED chips, the Vega series offers intense output performance while also providing a high level of overall durability and performance. We are happy to provide MORE light output at a price point that is LOWER than many comparable products on the market. Performance: Using only high-quality components in a package designed from scratch to provide unparalleled performance, value, and durability. The IP69K ingress-protection and OE level Deutsch DT connectors increase the overall reliability while OSRAM LED Chips kick out high lumen illumination. CAE analysis allowed refinement of both the optimization of the lens optics as well as the thermal dynamics to create a product which is both powerful and reliable. Active Thermal Management: Unlike traditional designs that rely solely on passive heat dissipation, the Vega 7 features Active Cooling through a high-efficiency integrated fan, circulating air through custom-designed rear cooling fins. This ensures that the LEDs operate within optimal temperature ranges—even under sustained high-load conditions—maximizing performance and extending component life. Built to Outshine. Priced to Win. With a focus on delivering the best value in the off-road lighting market, the Vega 7 offers premium-grade performance at a more accessible price point than comparable lights. It’s built for enthusiasts who demand the best—without paying more than they should. Versatility: Styled with an angled front lens, the Vega’s Patent-Pending design more closely reflects the OEM surfaces in many popular mounting positions. These lights feature horizontally symmetrical beam patterns so the lights can be mounted upside down or right side up without changing the beam angle. The result is a more versatile and compact product with thoughtful styling and a dynamic appearance. Accessories: Commitment Issues? Great news! Vega’s optional interchangeable lens covers can be added or removed without tools to easily change the color of the light output to Yellow or Amber. These covers simply snap on over the existing clear lens to provide color-enhanced light output optimized for fog or snow conditions where glare can be an issue. In addition to these, black-out covers are available for any customers who have additional lamp compliance regulations in their State. Origins: The star Vega, is an important celestial object for astronomers and navigators alike. Vega is the brightest star in the northern constellation and is approximately 40 times brighter than the Earth’s sun. Vega has functioned as the baseline for calibrating the photometric brightness scale and was one of the stars used to define the zero point for the UBV photometric system. Vega has been extensively studied by astronomers, leading it to be termed. "Arguably the next most important star in the sky after the Sun". Overall, the study and observation of Vega has helped to advance our understanding of the universe and our place within it Features: • Over 12,000 Raw Lumen intense light output  • Focused Spot-Light with over 2500’ projection  • Unique and Versatile Patent-Pending Design  • Designed and Engineered in the USA  • Powdercoated aluminum construction  • Integrated Deutsch DT Plug and 2’ Whip  • 5 Year Replacement Warranty Specs: Specification LED+LED LED+LASER Power (Watts) 135W 135W Draw (Amps) 8.5A 8.5A Input Voltage 9–32V DC 9–32V DC Projection (ft) 2,460′ 2,755′ Projection (m) 750m 840m Lumens (Raw) 11,990lm 12,340lm Tested Candela 583,900 676,900 Osram Chip BOOST-HX BOOST-HX Center Chip Q4 LED 15W Laser Beam Type Spotlight Spotlight Beam Angle 40° Sym 40° Sym Ingress Rating IP69K IP69K LED Color CCT 5000K 5000K LED Lifetime 50,000 hrs 50,000 hrs Connector Type DT06-4S DT06-4S Lens Material Hardcoat PC Hardcoat PC Housing Material Aluminum Aluminum Housing Finish Black PC Black PC Marker Color Amber Amber Marker Watts 2W 2W What’s Included: • Vega 135W Series 7 LED+Laser Spotlight or LED+LED Spotlight • Deutsch DT 24” Cable Whip • Standard Universal Bracket • Stainless Steel Hardware Set Additional Accessories: (Not Included) • 5921-7-B : Black-Out Lens Cover (Snap Fit) -  Coming Soon • 5921-7-AC : Vega Series 7 Amber Lens Cover (Snap Fit) - Coming Soon • 5921-7-YC : Vega Series 7 Yellow Lens Cover (Snap Fit) - Coming Soon • 5921-7-Q : Quad Wiring Harness with 40A Relay and Switch Deutsch DT06 4P Cable Assembly - Coming Soon • 5921-7-S : Single 15' Wiring Harness Deutsch DT06 4P Cable Assembly for AUX Switches - Coming Soon View User Guide
