Vectorize Artwork for DTF or Screen Printing

Professional Vectorizing & Color Separation Service | DTF & Screen Print Ready You’ve generated the perfect design using AI, but when you send it to the printer, the results fall flat. Blurry edges, annoying white backgrounds, and unprintable color blends can ruin a great concept. AI models are incredible at creating beautiful concepts, but they generate raster images (like JPEGs or PNGs) made of tiny pixels. To get professional-grade apparel, your artwork needs to speak the language of professional printers. That is exactly what our vectorizing and color separation service provides. We manually redraw, clean, and optimize your AI-generated artwork (and any low-resolution images) so they are 100% production-ready, no matter how you plan to print them. Why You Need This Service 👕 For DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printers: Crisp, Scalable, and Clean DTF printing requires ultra-clean edges and perfect transparency. If you print a raw AI image, you often end up with a dreaded "white box" around your design or blurry, pixelated edges that look cheap on a t-shirt. Infinite Scalability: We convert your pixelated AI art into pure mathematical vectors. Scale it up for a massive back graphic or down for a left-chest logo without losing a single drop of quality. Flawless Transparent Backgrounds: We meticulously remove the background and clean up the edges so only your design prints—no white halos or jagged borders. Solid Opacity: We ensure your files have the proper density so your white underbase prints perfectly behind your colors. 🎨 For Screen Printers: Precision Color Separation Screen printing cannot reproduce the thousands of blended, digital gradients that AI spits out. Every single color needs its own screen, which means the artwork must be strategically separated. Spot Color Reduction: We take the infinite colors of your AI art and expertly reduce them down to a printable number of solid spot colors. Expert Halftones: If your design requires shading or gradients, we convert those areas into clean, printable halftones that expose perfectly on your screens. White Underbase Creation: Printing on dark garments? We build out a perfectly choked white underbase layer so your colors pop without peeking out from the edges. Registration Ready: Your final files will be layered and perfectly aligned, saving your pre-press team hours of frustrating work. How It Works: Upload Your Art: Attach your AI-generated image, low-res JPEG, PNG, or sketch before adding the service to your cart. Tell Us Your Process: Select your intended print method (DTF or Screen Printing) and let us know your maximum color count for screen printing. We Get to Work: Our expert designers will manually trace, separate, and optimize your file. Print with Confidence: Receive your production-ready files directly to your inbox, perfectly formatted for your specific printing equipment. Stop wrestling with pixelated AI art. Let us prep your files so you can focus on printing.
