Vector 16" x 20" Auto Open Slide Out Heat Press

Streamline daily heat transfer operations, improve print consistency, and enhance operator safety with the Vector 16" x 20" Auto Open Slide Out Heat Press (V1620-AS). Built for entry-level apparel decorators, growing custom print businesses, and active production shops across North America, this heavy-duty commercial press offers an exceptional combination of convenience, performance, and long-term value. Featuring a standard 16" x 20" lower platen, the Vector V1620-AS easily handles full-chest garment graphics, adult t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and transfer gang sheets. Its drawer-style slide-out lower platen allows operators to load, thread, and align garments completely clear of the upper heating element—creating a heat-free preparation zone that protects hands from accidental burns and speeds up layout alignment. Equipped with an electromagnetic auto-open release system, the press automatically pops open as soon as the digital timer countdown finishes. This essential feature eliminates constant monitoring, prevents fabric over-pressing or scorching, and lets operators safely multitask around the shop. Combined with a gas-shock assisted opening mechanism, opening and closing the press head is smooth, controlled, and effortless throughout high-volume production shifts.   Key Features & Benefits Electromagnetic Auto-Open System: Pops open automatically at the end of the countdown cycle to prevent garment scorching and reduce operator strain.
