Varsity 7x7 L-Screen

THE VARSITY L-SCREEN: REINFORCED STRENGTH. PROVEN PROTECTION. The Ultimate Professional Upgrade for High School Programs and Batting Cages. In the cage or on the diamond, standard protection isn't enough when you're facing real heat. The Varsity L-Screen is engineered to outperform and outlast basic retail screens, providing the stability and ruggedness required for the daily grind of batting practice. Whether you're outfitting a high school field or a high-volume hitting facility, this is the definitive baseball protective screen built for coaches who demand reliability. WHY THE VARSITY L-SCREEN IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD: 1. Heavy-Duty #60 Knotted Netting Protection starts with the barrier. While standard screens use thin, flimsy mesh, the Varsity L-Screen features a UV-weather-treated #60 Knotted Net. This industrial-weight netting slips over the frame "pillow-case" style, providing double-layer protection that stands up to constant impact without tearing or sagging. It is the perfect batting cage pitching screen for programs that hit year-round. 2. 1.5" Powder-Coated Steel Frame Stability is built into the foundation. Our 1.5" powder-coated steel bolt-together frame provides a rigid, high-strength structure that won't wobble or lean. The powder coating ensures maximum rust resistance and durability, ensuring that this screen remains a staple in your dugout for seasons to come. 3. Reinforced Welded Gussets The weak point of most L-screens is the leg connection—but not the Varsity. We’ve added a welded gusset to each leg, providing extra reinforcement at the most critical stress points. This added engineering ensures maximum longevity and structural integrity, even when moved daily across the field or inside the cage. 4. Professional 7'x7' Footprint The 7' H x 7' W frame combined with a 3' x 3' cutout offers the perfect balance of visibility and safety. It provides a comfortable feel for the pitcher or coach, offering ample space to throw behind while maintaining full-body protection. It is the definitive choice for field and batting cage use.
