KOSHER - Certified Kosher by OK Kosher About Clover Honey Our American Clover honey is known for its pleasingly mild, sweet taste with floral notes. It has a clean, light flavor profile that is delicately fruity, sometimes with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. This makes it a versatile honey, popular for its ability to complement rather than overpower other flavors. Its subtle sweetness and smooth consistency make it a favorite for both sweetening beverages and as a spread. You can purchase the 12 oz Clover Honey separately here.  About Wildflower Honey Our wildflower honey is a poly-floral variety, meaning that many types of nectar were collected by the bees to create it.  Although the taste, aroma, and flavor will vary from season-to-season and hive-to-hive wildflower honey is typically darker and more robust than its clover cousin.  We carefully collect and bottle this honey to ensure the natural pollen and unfiltered flavor remain.  You can purchase the 12 oz Wildflower Honey separately here.  About Orange Blossom Honey Our American Orange Blossom honey is celebrated for its delightful, citrusy flavor with subtle floral undertones. This honey offers a bright, fragrant taste that is both refreshing and mildly sweet, often with hints of orange zest and floral blossoms. Its unique flavor profile makes it a versatile choice, perfect for enhancing a variety of dishes and beverages without overpowering them. The smooth, light consistency of Orange Blossom honey makes it an excellent choice for sweetening teas, drizzling over desserts, or using as a natural sweetener in recipes. You can purchase the 12 oz Orange Blossom Honey separately here.  We invite you to experience honey just as nature intended.  This honey has been packaged in 12 oz jars, each containing at least 12 oz of honey. Each jar is weighed to ensure that you get everything that you pay for and usually a little more.   Our honey is among the best in the United States and is of the finest quality.  We gently warm our honey to make it pour-able but not completely liquid.  So, unlike the typical honey you find in the grocery stores our honey is considered raw and meets all the requirements mandated by the State of Utah to be labeled as such.  Our honey will crystallize and typically does so with a smooth creamy consistency.  This is not whipped or creamed honey.  This is just naturally crystallizing pure raw honey.
