If you are looking for sweet, overwhelming vanilla, this is not it either. Vanille Farfelue is an airy floral, but what really shines through is the sparkling aldehydes that give it a powdery, soapy, oh-so-comforting feel. After hours of wear, the notes of woody crushed vanilla bean are left to linger on the skin like a cozy wool sweater that’s been worn in for that perfect fit. Notes of aldehydes, rose, violet, lily of the valley, ylang ylang, vetiver, sandalwood, and vanilla. JD Jeffrey Dame is a spin-off of Dame Perfumery, a Scottsdale-based perfumery by Jeffrey Dame, a veteran of the fragrance industry. He collaborated on this fragrance with Hugh Spencer.
