A nostalgic (and best-selling) niche fragrance, circa 1993, it takes you to the tropics while blending the frothy-sugary richness of sweetened vanilla with sun-kissed tropical flora-fruits for a sparkling top. At an EDT concentration level, it stays close to the skin & is easy to wear. Here’s another reason to add it to your fragrance wardrobe: it’s under $100 for 100 ml bottle and for a little dose of fun, see if you can sniff out some of the fantasy notes others have mentioned: Oreo® cookies, vanilla cake mix, milkshakes, ice cream, apricot-cream soda…   Notes include jackfruit, apricot, papaya, sugar candy, vanilla pod. Comptoir Sud Pacifique is a French house launched in 1974. Many of its scents are inspired by the islands of the South Pacific, and its founders were inspired to create fragrances after a trip to Polynesia.
