Vanilla Vibes

The scent The artist Try a sample first! Summer calls and you dive into the tropics – the sun kissing your face, the warm sand caressing your feet. After you rub suntan lotion onto your bare skin, you’re drawn to the water’s edge. There, you’re greeted with a freshly picked orchid flower to adorn your sun-warmed hair. Settle into your surroundings as the salt air mingles with vanilla, benzoin and tonka for a glowing finish. It’s perfectly summer, preserved in a bottle.   Notes include fleur de sel (sea salt), orchid, vanilla absolute, tonka bean, benzoin, sandalwood, and musk. Initiated into the world of fashion by his great grandmother Nina and to perfumery by his grandfather Robert, creator of the famous perfume L’air du Temps, Romano Ricci has been surrounded by fashion and creation since childhood. Ricci decided to marry his family’s heritage with his own modern vision of perfumery. After a four-year apprenticeship in perfumery, he persuaded Francis Kurkdjian, master perfumer, to work with him in creating Juliette Has A Gun. The brand envisions a Shakespeare's Juliette as a modern woman who uses perfume as a weapon of seduction.
