The Sight of the Stars Necklace

"The sight of the stars always makes me dream." – Vincent Van Gogh Stay connected to nature and your inner artist with this unique and exquisite design. The shape is known as a Möbius strip, after the German mathematician August Ferdinand Möbius (1790–1868). It represents the seeming paradox of a plane without end or one of infinite length. As such it became a symbol for infinity, an appropriate form for these inspiring words etched in an elegant script. Inspired by antique and ancient jewelry inscribed with poetry and words of love, Laurel Elliott creates pieces that celebrate what we wear as a reflection of who we are and where we’ve been. Jewelry molds are made and cut by hand for casting with a technique in use since ancient times.   Made in: USA Product: Möbius strip pendant necklace Material: Sterling silver Dim: 1-inch diameter and 18-inch chain Item Number: LV05N
