Van Conversion Budget Sheet

Planning a van build is no simple task. When we’re creating our project scopes, we sometimes have upwards of 500 line items for purchase and an equal amount of tasks on our to-do list. Some of the most frequent questions we get asked are: “How much does a van build cost?” “Where should I start?” With our pre-configured excel sheet, you can build an estimated budget for yourself and keep track of your expenses. Keep ahead of your next tasks by marking which items need to be ordered and what has already arrived. That means one less trip to Home Depot. Do you plan on insuring your van? This spreadsheet is the perfect document for your insurance company to show exactly how much your vehicle is worth. Document now and thank yourself later.  If you’re collaborating with another builder, the second sheet on this download will allow you to keep track of bulk purchases, broken down by date and where they were purchased from. Whether you’re building your van in an established shop, your own backyard, or a Home Depot parking lot, you can be the Project Manager you need and the Project Manager you deserve.
