Valhalla House Plan

The Valhalla house plan is the reward for a life of hard work. It will be your place of happiness where you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy the company of your loved ones. Remember, it is a myth that you can’t have luxury, versatility, and economy all wrapped up in one design. You will be pleasantly surprised at the amount of storage space there is. This abundance of storage can be expanded if the optional elevator is not used. However, the elevator does give this plan a lot of versatility. The Valhalla house plan has two guest suites, each with their own full baths and walk-in closets, on the second floor. They're coupled with the nice sized loft with its morning kitchen. This makes the second floor perfect for multi-generational living. And thanks to the optional elevator, accessibility is not an issue. Fortunately the kitchen is large enough for a household full of people. The walk-in pantry gives you all the storage you’ll need to be prepared for anything. With such a large great room you’ll be entertaining friends and family often, which will make the wet bar an indispensable feature. No one wants to be stuck inside all the time. Luckily the Valhalla has plenty of outdoor living space. The best feature of the expansive Loggia is the outdoor kitchen with its built-in grill. There is nothing better than cooking a meal outside and then enjoying it gathered around your outdoor fireplace. When the entertaining is over you can retreat to the privacy of your master suite with its own sitting area. The story of convenience and features continues with the his-and-hers walk-in closets, which are very generous. As is the master bath with its dual vanities and a luxurious walk-in shower with a built-in bench.
