Valentino Vendetta Donna

Vendetta Donna is Valentino's newest women's fragrance — launched in 2026 and created by master perfumer Dominique Ropion alongside Andrew Everett. More than three decades after the original Vendetta fragrances debuted in 1991, Valentino returns to the name with a new fragrance duo that introduces a contemporary olfactory identity rather than recreating the earlier scents. Described by the house as "a floral gourmand woody signature, as the scent of unstoppable passion" — the olfactive pact between tuberose's solar carnality, the brightness of a red orange nectar accord, and enveloping woods. It centers on tuberose, paired with a blood orange nectar accord and sandalwood, for a floral-woody composition with sweet, fruity nuances. The opening is bright and zesty — blood orange arrives with a tart, slightly sweet citrus burst that keeps the tuberose from becoming too heavy or cloying. The heart showcases narcotic tuberose from Colombia, offering a warm, solar, and unctuous carnality — lush and present, but restrained enough to feel modern rather than vintage. The tuberose develops beautifully as the fragrance wears, emerging more prominently in the dry-down. The sandalwood base is soft and enveloping, giving Vendetta Donna warmth and longevity without taking over the composition. Community reception on performance is split — some report moderate longevity and projection, while others note it stays close to skin after the first few hours. The house describes this signature as performing beautifully year-round and leaving a lasting sillage that melts onto the skin. Community comparisons land most frequently on Prada Paradoxe and Prada Paradoxe Virtual Flower — Vendetta Donna leans fruitier and more tuberose-forward, with a sunnier blood orange brightness that sets it apart. If you've been curious about a modern, wearable tuberose that feels approachable rather than overpowering, this is exactly the kind of release worth sampling in a decant before committing to a full bottle.
