Precautionary Step: Before vacuum sealing powdered goods, it's essential to take an additional precautionary step: place the powdered or ground goods inside a paper bag before inserting them into the vacuum sealer bag. This extra step is crucial to prevent fine powders from being sucked into the vacuum sealer machine, potentially causing damage. Whether you're using textured or flat vacuum sealer bags (precut or rolled), this preparatory step is necessary for all types of fine or powdered goods. Ensure the protection of your vacuum sealer machine by following this simple precautionary measure every time you seal powdered goods. How to use? Prepare Your Goods: Ensure your food items are clean and dry before sealing. Remove any excess moisture, as it can affect the sealing process. Cut the Bag: Cut a section of vacuum sealing bag slightly larger than the item you're sealing. Make sure to leave enough space at the top for sealing. Seal One End: Place one end of the bag into the vacuum sealer's sealing chamber and close the lid. Follow the machine's instructions to seal one end of the bag. Fill the Bag: Carefully place your food items into the bag, ensuring they are arranged in a single layer and not overcrowded. Leave some space between the food and the sealed end of the bag. Align the Bag: Make sure the open end of the bag is clean and free of any food particles. Wipe the edges if necessary to ensure a proper seal. Vacuum Seal: Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it is aligned properly. Close the lid securely. Start the Vacuum Process: Press the appropriate button or switch to start the vacuum process. The machine will remove the air from the bag, creating a vacuum seal around your food items. Seal the Bag: Once the air has been removed, the machine will automatically seal the open end of the bag. Wait for the sealing indicator to signal that the process is complete. Remove the Sealed Bag: Carefully remove the sealed bag from the vacuum chamber. Check the seal to ensure it is tight and secure. Store or Freeze: Your food is now vacuum-sealed and ready for storage or freezing. Store it in the refrigerator or freezer according to the specific requirements of the food items. Clean the Machine: After use, make sure to clean the vacuum sealer machine according to the manufacturer's instructions to maintain its performance and longevity. That's it! By following these steps, you can effectively use a vacuum sealer machine to preserve the freshness and flavor of your food items for an extended period.
