Engineered to be ergonomic. Easy installation, Main Knob: simply thread onto factory shaft against jam nuts (included), T-Case Knob: simply pull off stock knob, remove metal clip, install clip in new knob, press new knob on. Free technical support: adam@ajtdesign-llc.com. Side "Unlock" button is eliminated for H4F to H4L shifting, push down is still required for H4L to L4L shifting.
