Frequently Asked QuestionsWhere does it sit in the routine? It is the first V-Firm step: one pump on cleansed skin, over the face and neck, avoiding the eye contour, before the cream. How is it different from V-Firm Cream? Texture and job. This is the fluid, milky half of the pair: it absorbs in seconds and puts its concentration behind elasticity, tone and the face contour. The cream is the thicker step that follows, working on barrier comfort and dermal density and holding the serum in place. Can I use it without the cream? Yes. In warm weather, or on combination skin that does not want a rich finish, the serum alone is enough — follow it with a lighter moisturizer if the skin still feels tight. It contains vitamin C — how do I build it in? Valmont notes that the collection is highly concentrated in vitamin C and that the serum and cream together may deliver potent results. Skin sensitive to this ingredient can use the serum once a day and adjust from there. Does it work on the neck? Yes. Valmont directs it over the face and neck, which is where loss of tone tends to show first. Pairs Well With Valmont V-Firm Cream: the cream applied over the serum to seal the routine. Valmont V-Firm Eye: for the eye contour, which this serum avoids. Valmont Regenerating Cleanser: the cleansing step beforehand. Explore the full Valmont collection.
