UV Resources DEL-301-VO Replacement UV Bulb

UV Resources DEL-301-VO or DEF-28RL-HO-T5-1 UVC Light Bulb The UV Resource Replacement UVC Light Bulb is a UVC light bulb that exceeds OEM standards of bulb performance. The UVC light bulb has a rated life of 10,000 hours after which we highly recommend that you replace it for better efficiency even if it continues to emit light. The UVC lamp has a peak output of 253.7nm that acts on the DNA of the microorganisms present in water and renders them incapable of reproducing. The replacement bulb works to sanitize and kill bacteria, protozoa, molds, virus and yeasts present in water. Germs that cause harmful bacteria and microorganismss such as Vibrio cholerae, influenza virus, hepatitis virus strains and organisms causing gastroenteritis can easily be destroyed with this method of purification. Since UV filters do not introduce chemicals in water, it is a purely physical state of change and a far better alternative to chlorination.
