UV Printed Name Tag

This listing is for one personalized UV printed acrylic name tag. Each tag is between 3"-3.2" wide and between 1"-1.3" tall (depending on the amount of information you'd like included on it). If you have strict size specifications (or would prefer a different size), please let me know before ordering so I can make sure I can make it work. In the personalization area you will need to enter the following information: 1. Name. 2. Job Title (job title, school name, etc. if desired). 3. Font Choice (options in thumbnails). *If you would like to change the font color, please write this information in or send me a message. 4. Acrylic Color (please write the exact name from the chart). 5. Logo/Image file upload. SVG or PNG files work best! If you send a blurry image, it will print blurry. Note on arrangement: I will choose what arrangement I think will work best with the elements you give me unless you direct me otherwise. Please note: While I do my very best to represent my work as accurately as possible, colors may vary slightly between your computer monitor and the final product. Also, due to the nature of handmade items, there may be subtle variations in bead shape and texture. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note that you may be responsible for paying additional fees (such as VAT or customs fees) charged by your home country. I am NOT responsible for these fees.
