The Meter Grabber provides superior protection from exploding meters due to faults. Operator protection is paramount therefore the Meter Grabber has no metal components on the working end. Side slots permit venting of any out gassing. The working end of the tool provides a positive capture around the entire base, eliminating the chance of a dropped or broken meter as well as offering additional mechanical leverage when removing stubborn meters.
