Utility Seat for Hydra/Manticore

Step ups? Check. Seal Rows? Check. A place to scroll through Instagram between sets? Check check. The Utility Seat tucks conveniently in your 3"x3" rack for a versatile, easy-to-move solution to exercises like split squats. Yeah... you don't have an excuse to skip those now. Sorry about that.Bolt down the optional bench pad for comfort during hip thrusts, seal rows or Instagram reps, and adjust the height as needed by popping out the hitch pins, then adjusting the safeties, and popping them back in. It's like if your favorite weight bench and an elevator had a very flat, stable baby. Weird analogy...moving on!The seat is steel-reinforced wood, so it doesn't require every morsel of your strength to move. And when you're done, don't worry about wheeling back and forth like you're trying to do a 25-point turn in a semi-truck. Just detach your bench and tuck it out of the way until next time. That's a big 10-4 on convenience.IMPORTANT: Fits TRUE 3"x3", 49-inch width racks with 5/8" or 1" holes.
