Utah State Earring

PLEASE NOTE: This is a digital machine embroidery design file…NOT an actual item! You MUST have an embroidery machine in order to use this file. Design Details: HOOP SIZE: 4 x 4, 5 x 7 grouped Design Size - This design only comes in one size.  Special Note - One of the files has a heart on the Capital of North Carolina. There is a file with North Carolina that is blank and does NOT include the heart. There is also a file that has only the heart so that you can merge it to the place you want it. You will need some type of software for this unless your machine has the capabilities to do it. The stitch order will need to be change - the heart will need to be stitched second.
