Battletoads - Game Boy

Battletoads is an action-adventure game for the Nintendo Game Boy starring Zitz, Rash, and Pimple. This handheld entry sends Zitz after the Dark Queen following a “toad-napping” on the deep-space leisure station Lost Vega. Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge. Side-scrolling Battletoads action mixes brawling, obstacle-heavy stages, and creature-packed sci-fi environments. Zitz travels to Armagedda, the Dark Queen’s planet, after Rash and Pimple are taken prisoner. Stages include caverns, swamps, and a trip through the belly of the dreaded Wurm. The adventure builds toward a fight with Robo-Manus, the towering mutant boss tied to the Dark Queen’s forces. Professor T. Bird and the Battletoads’ ship, the Vulture, frame the rescue mission after Zitz escapes in the Toadster. This Game Boy release adapts the Battletoads formula into a portable mission centered on Zitz’s solo rescue run. The story follows the team’s early franchise rivalry with the Dark Queen and her mutant forces.
