Professional Custom DTF Gangsheets: The Ultimate Scaling Solution For brands and creators looking to maximize efficiency without compromising on quality, our Custom DTF Gangsheets are the gold standard. A gangsheet allows you to group multiple designs—regardless of size or color—onto a single continuous roll, significantly reducing costs and material waste. At Custom Premium Shirt, we transform your digital layouts into high-definition, ready-to-press transfers. Whether you are printing small neck labels, intricate chest logos, or massive back-pieces, our gangsheet service provides the ultimate versatility for high-volume production and boutique collections alike. Unrivaled Print Clarity and Color Vibrancy We believe that your brand deserves colors that pop and details that remain sharp. Our DTF (Direct to Film) technology utilizes a sophisticated CMYK+White ink system that ensures exceptional opacity on both light and dark fabrics. Every gangsheet is printed with precision-calibrated machinery, resulting in a vibrant color spectrum that standard screen printing simply cannot match. From soft gradients to razor-sharp fine lines, our high-performance inks deliver a professional finish that mirrors your original digital artwork with absolute fidelity. Superior Durability and Soft-Hand Feel One of the hallmarks of a premium garment is how the print feels and lasts. Our transfers are engineered with specialized adhesive powders that create a robust, flexible bond with the fabric fibers. This results in a "soft-hand" feel that stretches with the garment rather than cracking or peeling. Our DTF gangsheets are tested for extreme longevity, capable of enduring over 50+ industrial wash cycles while maintaining their structural integrity. Your customers will appreciate the premium quality that stays looking new, wash after wash. Efficient Application for All Apparel Decorators Our gangsheets are designed to streamline your workflow. Once your roll arrives, simply cut your individual designs and they are ready to press in seconds. The specialized PET film we use ensures a smooth release and consistent results across a diverse range of materials, including 100% cotton, polyester blends, nylon, and even treated workwear. This seamless integration into your production line means you can fulfill orders faster, maintain lower overhead, and focus more on the creative growth of your business. Precision Engineering and Rapid Turnaround In the fast-paced world of custom apparel, timing is everything. Our facility is optimized for lightning-fast production, ensuring that your uploaded gangsheets move from the printer to shipping in record time. Frequently Asked Questions What is a DTF Gangsheet? A gangsheet is a single printing file that contains multiple designs of various sizes, allowing you to print many logos at once to save on costs. What file format should I use for my gangsheet? We require a high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG file with a transparent background or a vector-based PDF for the best results. Is there a limit to how many colors I can include? No, our DTF process allows for unlimited colors and gradients at no extra cost. Can I apply these transfers with a home iron? For a permanent, professional-grade bond, we strongly recommend using a heat press to ensure consistent temperature and pressure. What fabrics do these transfers work on? Our DTF transfers bond perfectly with cotton, polyester, poly-blends, canvas, and even some types of nylon. How do I wash a garment with a DTF transfer? We recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to maximize the lifespan of the print. What is the maximum width of the gangsheet? Our standard gangsheets are typically 22 inches wide, allowing for a vast range of design placements. Do you offer same-day shipping? Most gangsheet orders are printed and shipped within one business day. Local pickup options are also available. Is the film hot peel or cold peel? We use a premium universal film; however, for the best results, we generally recommend a cold peel approach to ensure crisp edges. Will the white ink show through on dark shirts? No, our high-density white ink layer provides 100% opacity, ensuring vibrant colors even on jet-black fabrics.
