Upgrade to Materials List

If you want to save time and money in the building process, having a Materials List document is one of the most simple and best ways to do that. A house plan's Materials List (sometimes called "Material List") helps you avoid waste, save money, and accurately estimate the cost of your new home. A home plan's Materials List outlines the quantity, type, and size of materials needed to build your house (with the exception of mechanical system items). Included on the Materials List are typically details on framing lumber, windows and doors, kitchen and bath cabinetry, rough and finished hardware, and much more. A house plan's materials list helps your home builder jumpstart your project by providing them with a document that they can just give to their materials supply house to quickly get an accurate cost of materials for your home. Get yours today! NOTE: You will receive an electronic PDF document via email that you can easily print out or forward to your builder. No hard copies will be included.
