Up the Mountain Meditation - Teachings around the Sacred Wheel

This meditation has to do with giving away emotional, psychic, and intellectual debris within your system.  The sacred mountain is a mountain that you walk up in a spiraling fashion.  At certain levels along the way, you give away forever, hopefully, things that have been keeping you back from reaching within yourself the summit of your sacred mountain, the sacred mountain that represents your path to enlightenment and spirit in life. In this audio you will be guided on a path allowing you to let go of addictions that are keeping you from your power. This audio can also be used in daily meditation and is perfect for a strong, balanced foundation.   From 2010 Teachings Around Sacred Wheel - Weapons of the Warrior & Medicine Woman in Crystal.
