FRUIT OF OUR LABOR: rwandan natural process // sourced from our rwandan family at Higa Coffee

Every bean in Fruit of Our Labor tells a story of hard work, hope, and heritage. Grown in the fertile hills of Rwanda at 1,650–1,850 MASL and naturally processed at the famed Kilimbi Station, this coffee is literally the fruit of Black farmers’ labor. It embodies the journey of Rwanda’s farming communities who have transformed perseverance into prosperity, one harvest at a time. In each cup, you taste the reward of their dedication and the promise of a brighter future cultivated from the soil up. And this coffee doesn’t just taste good — it does good. $1 from every bag goes back to the Elevate Through Coffee Initiative in Rwanda, sowing seeds of education and opportunity for the next generation. This is coffee as a form of giving back, a delicious revolution you can drink. Tasting Notes: • Strawberry– bright and juicy, like biting into sun-ripened fruit; the sweetness of community success • Dark Chocolate– bittersweet and smooth, a foundational richness that grounds the cup in reality and depth • Passionfruit– tangy tropical flair that adds complexity, as vibrant as the passion driving these farmers forward Fruit of Our Labor is sweet justice in a cup. It tastes like celebration – a cheers to Black resilience and self-determination. With every sip, you’re not just savoring extraordinary flavor; you’re standing in solidarity. Drink to the legacy, drink to the future. This is what change tastes like.
