UNS Leveling Mat - White

Aquarium leveling mats are essential to use before setting up a planted tank. When filled, planted tanks are extremely heavy due to not only the water inside the tank, but also with the added aquarium substrate and decor such as hardscape rocks and aquarium driftwood. Glass tanks made for aquarium use are designed to hold the stress of being filled but are susceptible to external factors such as unleveled surfaces and potential miscellaneous debris that is on the surface of the area. Pin pointed pressure on the bottom panel of glass due to external factors as such can result in cracked glass, leaks and injury.    Aquarium mats are made from absorbent material and help to ensure that a fully filled tank does not slip, slide or move during installation and maintenance. These leveling mats from Ultum Nature Systems are cut to size to fit the range of aquarium sizes offered. However, these mats will also fit a range of other aquarium brands and can easily be cut to size if needed. As a reminder, these aquarium mats are not meant to be used to make up for any gaps in between surfaces and aquariums should always be placed on a strong and level surface that will hold up the entire aquarium safely. Please ensure that no part of your aquarium hangs off the edge of the surface it is placed on.  Size Specifications  Mat Size Dimensions L x W (inches) 16C / 16T / 16S 6.29 x 6.29 20C / 20T / 20S 7.87 x 7.87 25C / 25T / 25S 9.84 x 9.84 30C / 30T / 30A 11.81 x 11.81 40C  15.75 x 15.75 3N / 3T 12.20 x 7.48 5N / 5T / 5S 14.17 x 8.66 45U / 45T / 45A / 45S 17.71 x 11.02 60U / 60T / 60A / 60S 23.62 x 14.17 60L 23.62 x 7.87 75P / 75S 29.52 x 17.72 90B 35.43 x 7.87 90L 35.43 x 11.81 90U 35.43 x 22.04
