Unroasted Robusta

Bold. Earthy. Unapologetically strong. Our Unroasted Robusta coffee is sourced from Asia, where nutrient-rich soil create beans known for their distinctive bite and extra caffeine kick. Robusta beans are higher in caffeine than Arabica, giving them a more intense flavor profile – think deep, woody notes, a full body, and a pleasantly bitter edge that shines in espresso blends. Perfect for roasters who love to experiment, Robusta adds depth and crema to espresso blends and delivers the kind of bold character that stands up to milk, sugar, or a long day. Whether you’re building your own house blend or just chasing a little more caffeine, these beans bring the strength and structure your cup deserves. Why You’ll Love It: Strong & Sturdy Flavor: Bold with earthy, nutty notes and a touch of bitterness for classic espresso intensity. Perfect for Blending: Adds body, bite, and rich crema when paired with Arabica coffees. High Caffeine, High Character: Almost twice the caffeine of most Arabicas – ideal for coffee lovers who like their brew to mean business. Perfect For: Home roasters and espresso enthusiasts looking to create full-bodied, high-octane blends with character and bite. For Our Home Roasters… These beans are in their raw, unroasted state, ready for you to roast. Roasting is an essential step that transforms the raw bean, developing the complex flavor profile and making it suitable for brewing. These beans are not ready to brew and drink. *Packaging may vary
