Unroasted Peru High Grown

Smooth. Balanced. Pure high grown flavor. Our Unroasted Peru High Grown coffee is cultivated in the mineral-rich soils of Peru, where altitude slows growth and deepens flavor. These high-grown Arabica beans develop a soft body and gentle brightness that make for an exceptionally balanced cup – one that’s as easy to love as it is to roast. Bring these beans to a light roast to highlight their crisp citrus and cocoa notes, or take them darker for a fuller, richer body with a touch of nuttiness. However you roast, you’ll end up with a smooth, clean cup that delivers everyday comfort without the bitterness. Why You’ll Love It: High-Altitude Quality: Grown in Peru at high elevations for sweet, balanced flavor. Balanced & Versatile: Crisp citrus and cocoa notes at light roasts, smooth nuttiness at darker levels. Smooth & Easygoing: A smooth, everyday cup with gentle acidity and no bitterness. Perfect For: Home roasters who love a balanced, approachable coffee that’s easy to roast and rewarding in every cup. For Our Home Roasters… These beans are in their raw, unroasted state, ready for you to roast. Roasting is an essential step that transforms the raw bean, developing the complex flavor profile and making it suitable for brewing. These beans are not ready to brew and drink. *Packaging may vary
