Unloader Valve

Reliable Pressure Control for Jetting and Hydro Excavation Systems The Unloader Valve (½" | General YUB21405 | 4000 PSI @ 20 GPM) is built to provide precise pressure regulation and dependable performance for demanding jetting and hydro-excavation applications. Designed to safeguard both operators and equipment, this valve automatically diverts water flow when the trigger is released—helping maintain consistent system pressure while preventing dangerous pressure spikes. Installed after the water heater and before the operator hose reel station, the unloader valve protects your heater and pump system from shock loads whenever the digging wand or jetting gun is shut off. Its high-quality brass construction ensures long-term corrosion resistance and reliable sealing under high-pressure conditions. ⚠️ Note: This unloader valve is not compatible with Mongoose equipment and should not be confused with a relief valve. Key Features: Rated for 4000 PSI at 20 GPM for stable performance ½-inch connection fits standard jetting setups Prevents system overload and pressure surges Protects water heaters and pumps from shock loads Ideal for jetting and hydro-excavation systems Durable brass body for corrosion-resistant longevity
