Our highest-tier subscription delivers exceptional, high-scoring coffees directly to your door. The catch? These coffees are strictly reserved for subscribers - they will never appear on our website or grace our shop shelves. It is the ultimate Paix experience, kept entirely on the down-low. We created this because some of the best coffees are only available in micro-lots too small for a standard release. Unlisted is your private allocation to the finest, highest-scoring beans that everyone else misses out on. Each month you will receive a different coffee with an information card about the coffee and producer.
