FAQHow does a CV axle puller help when a CV joint is stuck? It gives you the leverage and grip to free a stubborn CV joint without damaging the axle. Eight bolt locations grab the cup securely, and a 4.7 lb knurled slide hammer delivers controlled pulling force to break the joint loose. Will this axle puller fit my ATV or UTV?Yes, it is a universal tool built to work with virtually all ATVs, UTVs, and many other vehicles. The only limit is that it works on CV cups with an outer diameter under 98mm, so check that measurement before ordering. What makes this different from other CV axle removal tools? Most pullers use only two or four bolt holes, which limits grip. This one has eight bolt locations so you can customize the bite on even the most stubborn cups. It also includes spare bolts and uses quality steel built for heavy use. Will this tool damage my axle or differential? No. It is designed to minimize strain on the axle and differential while maximizing removal force on the CV cup. The even bolt pattern and controlled hammer action help protect surrounding components. What do I need to use it?You only need basic hand tools to bolt the puller to your CV cup using the provided bolts. Once it is attached, the slide hammer does the heavy lifting, keeping the job simple even for DIY riders. Is it durable enough for repeated heavy use?Yes. The quality steel construction is tough enough for frequent maintenance and shop environments, making it a dependable long-term addition to your tool collection.
