Universal Dry Carbon 3D Splitter Endplates

⦿ PRE-ORDER: 10-12 WEEKS Racebred Components 3D Splitter Endplates were designed to help increase downforce by controlling the airflow on the outward ends and underside of the front splitter. Utilizing CFD analysis we were able to improve front-end downforce by creating a flow structure and outwash, leading to an increase in front grip. The 3D tunneled design helps create a seal at the edges of the splitter and joins the existing vortex created in the same rotation, while the flow conditioner at the rear functions to further redirect air outward past the front wheels. ADVANTAGES OF PREPREG (DRY) VS. RESIN INFUSION (WET): Our Racebred Components 3D Splitter Endplates utilize Prepreg Carbon Fiber and an autoclave curing process to produce the highest quality, lightweight and maximum strength motorsport grade product. Prepreg carbon fiber provides concise resin ratio properties and eliminates variables usually seen in traditional wet resin layups, which can alter final tensile, modulus strength properties, and overall weight. Prepreg carbon fiber also offers superior weave uniformity and continuous repeatability compared to a resin infusion process mostly seen on other carbon fiber products on the market. FEATURES: CFD Designed / Optimized Approximate 18% Downforce Increase @ 100mph* Prepreg Carbon Fiber - 2x2 Twill Autoclave Cured UV Matte Finish Universal Fitment 12" L x 5" H x 1” W Integrated Mounting Flange (11" L x 1.2” W) Pre-Drilled / Reinforced Mounting Holes 0.4lbs (Per Endplate) WHAT’S INCLUDED: Dry Carbon 3D Splitter Endplates (Left & Right) Black Zinc Mounting Hardware Drilling Templates PRODUCTION TIMELINE: Made to order 10-12 weeks (ETA July 2025) DISCLAIMER: Due to the complex design and extensive prepreg dry carbon manufacturing process, production is approximately 8-12 weeks. 3D Splitter Endplates require at least a 1.2” flat surface area and a straight splitter edge for installation. *CFD analysis was simulated using a ready-state scenario. Numerical figures shown are results from in-house parameters and may differ from other models due to a number of variances involved. These simulations were used to gather and optimize overall vehicle performance, which were then track tested and validated with driver data and results. All Racebred Components products are manufactured for off-road use and are not intended for use on public streets. Unless otherwise noted, all Racebred Components products are designed to be used for the application stated and or accompanying Racebred Components parts. Due to the nature of racing, all variances in conditions and use cannot be foreseen and therefore the safety of any person associated with use of our products is out of our control and we cannot be held liable for said event or any product failures due to unforeseen events or improper use or abuse. All brackets and splitters are to be chassis mounted and cannot be bumper fastened. Depending on bumper design, splitter size, material or diffuser tunnels attachments, additional bracing with cables or rods may be required and is left to users discretion. Due to frame variances, fitment modifications or trimming may be necessary.
