G1 Edu

The Unitree G1 EDU stands 1.32 m tall, weighs approximately 35 kg, and features 23 to 43 degrees of freedom depending on configuration, with a maximum knee torque of 120 N·m and up to 3 kg arm payload. Powered by an 8-core CPU with optional NVIDIA Jetson Orin (100 TOPS), it enables precise motion, autonomous navigation via 3D LiDAR and depth camera, and approximately 2 hours of runtime on its 9,000 mAh battery. The platform supports ROS, SDKs, and APIs for secondary development, along with AI frameworks for imitation and reinforcement learning. Variants range from the Standard (23 DOF) to the Ultimate B with 42 DOF, dual Dex3-1 force-controlled hands with tactile sensors, and enhanced articulation — scaling from classroom entry points to cutting-edge manipulation research.
